Below you will find some very catchy flash banners that you can use to grab the attention of your visitors along with instructions on how to set them up with your affiliate link. As with all of the materials in this resource center, feel free to edit these banners in SwishMax to match your site's look and feel.
Instructions for adding your affiliate link to the flash banners :
Double click the installation file and follow the instructions to install the program.
Come back to this page and download the swish file for the banner you wish to use.
Unzip the banner's zip file and then open up SwishMax via the icon on your desktop.
SwishMax will prompt "What would you like to do?", select "Work on existing movie".
Using the window that opens, find where you unzipped the banner & double click to load it.
Once loaded, you'll see a menu bar on the right, on this menu select the "Scene" tab.
On the scene tab there is an address bar with a URL... change this to your affiliate link.
Almost done! Now go to File >> Export >> SWF and save the flash file to your hard drive.
Now paste the code into an html file and upload both the html and swf files to your server.
*NOTE* Both files must be located on the same folder, if not you must edit the code.
DONE! Open the html file in your browser and you should see the banner displayed.
